I'm in. And I'm in to win.

Today I am announcing that I will form an exploratory committee to run for president.

And I want you to join me not just for the campaign but for a conversation about the future of our country -- about the bold but practical changes we need to overcome six years of Bush administration failures.

Since Rudy is more of a Schwarzegger Republican..he just might be able to take California.

I know that there are a LOT of freepers that wouldn't like him because of his social liberalness...but, I am thinking that any social change will have to come from the Congress.

Pres. Bush has been very conservative re: abortion, embryonic stem cell research and gay marriage..and the only really GOOD work has been done at the state level..where states are voting against gay marriage.

The abortion issue always ends up in the SCOTUS..and the ESC research may end up there also.

I will be voting for a CIC in the genral election and that includes John McCain if he's our nominee. My issues are National Security --- terrorism & our military --- and appointments to the federal bench, including SCOTUS. Rudy admires Justices Scalia and Thomas, so I would expect him to nominate persons who adhere to our Consitution.

I have no favorite at this juncture and think it's necessary to hear all of our candidates debate --- see who can articulate, persuade and catch fire. Hillary must be defeated.

Catching fire is what we need...and candidate that will catch fire.

Like you...I will listen to them all...but, also, like you, the national security has to be the main focus of this presidency.

One or two will catch fire --- and even if neither are my favorite(s) I will fully support our nominee.

Same here. Whether it's McCain or The Tank. But The Tank will forever be on my s***list if he ever decides to run as a third party candidate after losing the GOP nomination.

You better keep Tank from Bay and Pat Buchanan then...I heard last year sometime that Pat Buchanan is seriously thinking of running again as an independent.

He MIGHT try to get Tancredo to join him on the ticket.
