070116-N-5387K-116 Yokosuka, Japan (Jan. 16, 2007) - Deck department Sailors stand clear of the starboard anchor of USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) as it is lowered onto a barge. The anchor was being removed so regular maintenance could be performed on the detachable links. Kitty Hawk has two anchors weighing 30 tons each.
