Does the things you cited give Border Patrol agents the right to use deadly force in non threatening situations? Of course not, because if they had that right, these two clowns wouldn`t have tried to cover up their actions.

I don't and it is because the government often punishes innocent Agents. The Ramos/Campeanos case would just be the most egregious example if their case was overturned on appeal. Other problems are the incoherent press releases coming from USA Johnny Sutton's office. If Sutton's case had any merit he shouldn't have to grab at so many straws.
