We have to build this monument so that the people will not forget the thousands of gays who were murdered in the concentration camps of Poland
Yeah, Poland, had plenty of concentration camps during WW2.
If only Poland existed at that time.

"...Poland needs to face its homophobic demons with great urgency, unlike Germany, which is a gay paradise in comparison and a hot destination for queer tourists..." Maybe they'd rather be a hot destination for norman people instead.

Gays trying to woo Poles?

I guess it was all Poland's fault. Genghis Khan should've finished it off when he had the chance. < /s >

As everybody who's ever heard of Gulbuth the Rampant knows, there's no such thing as a homophobic demon.

Homosexuals would be better off facing their own demons.

Homo's are too busy counting the corn on their... to realize that Poland was ruled by the Nazi's at the time.
I doubt there were 40,000 homos however. But obviously they missed a few.

“World War II is evidence that intolerance, anti-Semitism and homophobia lead to concentration camps. Is he on drugs? Some of the highest-up members of the Nazi party were notorious homosexuals.

"he Nazi party were notorious homosexuals." A quick tour of Germany and it's clear the party is still full of them

"Maybe they'd rather be a hot destination for norman people instead." Yeah! It's been over 950 years since the last Norman Invasion. We're due.

The problem is, that the idiot, who said so - Lukasz Palucki - is a Pole himself.
So he should've known that.
But it fits their vision: Catholic, strongly conservative Poland - "persecution" of gays - concentration camps.
Makes sense (sarcasm)
