Speaking of good salsa have you ever tried Frontera Jalapenno Cilantro Salsa

It's the best bottled salsa I've ever had. It's as good as the roasted salsa you get in some Mexican restaurants.

Using Cilantro in a salsa name is almost redundant. I take this to mean that they use more cilantro than usual.

FWIW - Corriander is generally known as cilantro in North America. It is in the same family as parsley and is also known as Chinese parsley. It is native to SW Asia and North Africa.

Probably have, but have developed a taste for Grandma's homemade Salsa Casera, which is usually pretty mild and general duty, as well as my very own Ranchera. I won't brag about it, other than to say that I'll only serve it to visitors with a demitasse spoon if I've made a full-bodied batch.

Was taught long ago that properly made salsa would just make the diner break into a real thin sweat line above his eyebrows after the second or third bite.
