I was really just trying to reach out to "fatima". Worldwide there are many, many Muslims getting saved. The bravery of those witnessing in Iraq, Iran, and elsewhere is amazing.
That said, I am not at all blind to the progress being made in prisons and elsewhere by islamo-fascists in our nation. I have friends who are prison guards here in Texas and they echo what you wrote. The Muslim clerics stir up anger amongst the prisoners, getting them to feel like they are oppressed by "the man", and say that they too are being oppressed. There is no peace offered (because it's not possible with Islam), only sympathy and a pathetic camaraderie.
Sad times, but Christian outreach groups will never stop overcoming evil with good!

Remember, it is written: some modicum of liberty must be given up, by at least a very few, so as to guarantee the security of the greater whole. If, after all, the greater whole has no security, then what liberty does the minority few have?
