Times change. The laws change. The U.S. Constitution remains.

In Washington's day, hemp was legal. Today it's not. So?

I see no reason to be careful with that line of logic. Anyone who dared challenge that would find themselves embarrassed by my acerbic wit and profound grasp of the facts.

I am a gun owner and supporter of the NRA.

I don't support legalization of marijuana because I see first hand as a psychiatric counselor the damage the drug has had on families and people that smoke it. In many cases where tax payers have had to pick up the tab.

Every law abiding gun owner knows that when you own a gun there are responsibilities that come with it.

That cant be said for those that are pushing marijuana.
