"So are Jews to start hiding?"
No. And neither are Christians. It is because of the cynical nihilism and counter-culture of Europe throughout the 20th century that has silenced too many religious people. The Islamic Imperialists saw this as both a death of the faith and a weakening of the will to defend -- if not the faith at least the right and respectability of the people to practice their faith -- and they pounced.
We need just the opposite of hiding. We need to get loud and defend both Judaism and Christianity, calling sponsors and anyone else who may offend us with anti-Judeo-Christian bigotry.
By the way, though I do not know what is in this Rasti's heart (that's for God and JC to judge), nothing he spewed had anything to do with Christian theology, but everything to do with the propaganda spread by Leftist totalitarians (e.g., Marxists, Stalinists, Islamic Imperialists), none of whose goals were/are religious but are wholly of world power.

OK. Taxis can also be arranged ahead of time and charged to any business account you have a card for.
But since you don't have taxi service, then I see why that doesn't matter.

??? Being amazed doesn't usually leave me breathless. Being scared, stressed out, winded - those things leave me asthmatic and breathless, but being amazed when I hear someone acting snooty is not usually among them.
I'm very aware that a bus is not a subway, lol, living in a city that's only 4 feet above sea level. And I'm aware that a car service is somehow not a taxi. That was my point! It's an affectation to give the impression that taking public transportation is somehow having the VIP treatment.
If you expect deference from any of those retail entities, you're probably constantly disappointed.

You can tell he is a lib. dem. All he is worried about is that he is safe on the plane, while his wife is at home with a crazed Jew hating Jamaican driving around town knowing his address!!!

I call BS. The dialogue sounds too scripted. Oy!My reaction too. Without going into it, it just didn't ring true to me. Maybe he just over-dramatized the actual event a bit.

Simply that I agree with the logic of your reply, but to the shocked and agrieved writer of that article and those in his surroundings, yours is truly a voice crying in the wilderness.

"Being amazed doesn't usually leave me breathless". ["I don't need a breather from being constantly amazed."] "If you expect deference from any of those retail entities, you're probably constantly disappointed."
Well, one need not be breathless in order to benefit from a breather. A breather is a rest, a pause, a time out, not limited to the regaining of ones breath. You are right, it's rare to encounter a worker with a good work ethic these days. Lucky if you don't get attitude. It's satisfying to say anyone who has ever engaged me has gotten their money's worth in all regards. |

Ah. Yes, I do feel bad for him. I do feel he overdramatized a bit, and agree with what most others said on the thread.
Although politics is most likely the farthest thing from his mind, there *is* a connection.
Thanks! :)

Thought I read somewhere that Jamaicans have the world's highest national I.Q. average.I don't know about that, but they do have the highest SAT scores. You may find this incredible. Look it up.
Getting high SATs is a veritable religion there.
City College of NYC is heavily attended by Jamaicans who have taken over the position of influence formerly held by Jewish students.

A bit over the top, but not much. I would hire a body guard and --yeah--buy a .32 to carry with me. Of course report this crazy man.

Yes. It's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6!
