Somebody trying to run you down, you shoot-period- Let that urban league fool step out of the way of somebody running his butt down.
I grew up on 83rd and Chrenshaw (the next major north south street) 83rd and Western is in the Lennox Sheriff's patrol area that I worked in 1970-1971. It is the home of the original crips gang. Near there is a vacant field that the crips routinely used to execute people. I don't think in the 35 years since I worked there the neighborhood improved.
The cowardly police commission did not back the officer, and the cowardly city of LA paid the family of the kid 1.5 million bucks. Also, police policy for shooting at vehicles was subsequently altered, thus putting offices in increased danger. But in the real disciplinary hearing, he was cleared.
City Council can't wait to give our money to people who don't deserve it.
"Doctor Lewinski"???? HMMMMMM.
Monica's father is a doctor, I believe in Beverly Hills.
Yeah, that was the eye-opener. Apparently, this gentleman is a different guy, Dr. William Lewinski, a stress expert from Minnesota State. There was another familiar name who was the same guy, though: Michael Stone, who represented Garcia, was Laurence Powell's attorney during the first Rodney King trial. He's built up quite a practice for himself representing police officers.
