A BRITISH schoolgirl has been barred from wearing a crucifix necklace in class, the Daily Mail reported today.

Samantha Devine, a 13-year-old Roman Catholic, was told by teachers in Gillingham, south-east England, that it breached health and safety rules, the paper added.

Her family reportedly said it will fight the decision and has accused the school of discriminating against Christians because Sikh and Muslim pupils can wear religious symbols.

It's obvious that the powers are completely on the side of the people who would chop our heads off and impose an intolerant religious regime on all Christians and Jews.

I hate to see the UK go down with the rest of Eurabia but it certainly seems like there in no hope for them.

I agree completely. What's worse than this is- Nancy Pelosi was elected to parliament in the UK. She is the most anti-American person in the entire known universe- definitely what I would consider an enemy to freedom and the USA. Only virulent anti-Americans would ever elect a person like her. Just further proof that Eurabia is doomed...

And yes, that is sarcasm.

The USA, right now, has problems at home that dwarf any perceived 'the end is nigh for Europe' offense that Freepers might like to throw out there. An enemy of the USA is Speaker of the House and you and I made that possible. Whether a person can wear a cross in school in England is small potatoes compared to the problem in the USA. Yet we like to take our mind off our own misery by poking at other countries for little things like this.

do with health and safety rules, just absurd!

my boyfriend and i would never take it off. :)

The Left hates Christianity more than it hates Islam. There's truth in the assertion as seen in this incident from England.

"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus

England has succumbed to the religion of multiculturalism. Most are as fearful of challenging it as the enslaved populations of the brutal Stalin amd Mao regimes.

Isn't it amazing how in a couple of decades that apathy towards Christianity in some circles has changed into outright hatred of the same? Can you imagine what another couple of decades will bring?

I agree-how can wearing a cross necklace be a health and safety issue?

Like you, I work in a school and I wear a cross necklace to work everyday...and so do several of my colleagues.

i remember something about ties on hoodies and coats
at a preschool i worked at a long while back. little
guys would get the ties snarled on slides or swings.
a necklace on a 13 yr old tho? this is really not a
health or safety isssue, imo. a little guy i teach wears
a wooden cross on a satin type of cord every day
since the first day of school. it's a non-issue for me.

I don't believe there'd be any Christians nor Jews left in a muslim cult bastardized theocratic dictatorship.
