Nifong certainly should be asked if he ever was a client of the accuser and why none of those whose DNA was found on the accuser were ever question in the rape. Was Nifong's or someone else with deep pockets involved? Perhaps a star basketball player?

Nifong is being a clever little slime. He thinks that by handing the case off to a different prosecutor (who will no doubt move to have the entire thing dropped) he can claim "Well, I tried to do justice but that other guy is corrupt and so the white guys get to go free". Nifongslime is the epitome of a political player, look for him to run for higher office very soon unless we slam him into prison immediately.
