A few months ago I was diagnosed with an extension of the lung cancer that resulted in a brain tumor. I had brain surgery about 3 months ago. My realistic chances of long term survival are slim and none. I am prepared to die.

It is long past time for you to forget about me and get on with your life. I am very happy for you and your new guy. I wish you both all the best
