We elect our judges. I hope you have a better understanding of Tennessee than the other states you poke your nose into.
Johnson County is damn lucky to have him, especially to replace that human debris Morrison.
About two thirds of the voters here would disagree with you. That's how many voted against Phill in Johnson County. And Morrison was a pretty good prosecutor. He built up a good record, put together a great staff of ADAs, and Phill's booting about a third of them. If he makes it through his two years without getting tossed out I'll be mildly surprised.
If KS doesn't want him in the future, send him down to TN, we could use a good man like him. People of conscience in politics are in short supply these days.
You're welcome to him. Maybe it isn't that we here in Kansas are all that enamored with abortion or Paul Morrison but instead we're not willing to return a dope to office? Phill Kline with his inept performance has done more to set back the pro-life cause in this state than anything Morrison will be able to do.
I was referring to the GilliganSebelius hacks ending up on the KS Supreme Court (Eric Rosen). And I'm well informed on most of our states, thank you. Last time I checked, Kansas doesn't belong to you. ;-)
"About two thirds of the voters here would disagree with you. That's how many voted against Phill in Johnson County."
So what ? That just proves he's better than the people of his constituency. Too bad to see Johnson County is becoming another Wyandotte.

Good for Kline, he's cleaning out the trash. Too bad we similarly didn't clean up the US Justice Dept when Dubya came in. Never trust rodent lawyers, period.

I don't know who you're talking about, but Kline was surely one of the finest state AGs in the nation. Having seen him speak, I was mightily impressed by him. KS is going to regret tossing him out for a lying abortionist apologist trash.
