"Our best hope? I wasn't aware that Phill was going to run for governor in Tennessee. As for Kansas, thanks but we'll be just fine."

Yes, our best hope. For Conservative Republicans. Kansas is not an island, neither is Tennessee. And as I already pointed out, you seem not too concerned by the fact that one hasn't been elected there in 42 years, so Kansas is anything but fine. Now with Socialist trash like GilliganSebelius and RINO traitor apostate infanticide protectors like Morrison and the garbage being appointed to the KS benches. Nope, not fine at all.

"Phill lost by about 150,000 votes, but of course it's all my fault. Still, having lost twice and after accepting the Johnson County DA spot Phill's political career is over. Maybe y'all will have a spot for him out there in 2008?"

Yes, it is your fault, along with the other fools who either deliberately or unintentionally supported Morrison with their votes or non-votes. Johnson County is damn lucky to have him, especially to replace that human debris Morrison. If KS doesn't want him in the future, send him down to TN, we could use a good man like him. People of conscience in politics are in short supply these days.

We elect our judges. I hope you have a better understanding of Tennessee than the other states you poke your nose into.

About two thirds of the voters here would disagree with you. That's how many voted against Phill in Johnson County. And Morrison was a pretty good prosecutor. He built up a good record, put together a great staff of ADAs, and Phill's booting about a third of them. If he makes it through his two years without getting tossed out I'll be mildly surprised.

If KS doesn't want him in the future, send him down to TN, we could use a good man like him. People of conscience in politics are in short supply these days.

You're welcome to him. Maybe it isn't that we here in Kansas are all that enamored with abortion or Paul Morrison but instead we're not willing to return a dope to office? Phill Kline with his inept performance has done more to set back the pro-life cause in this state than anything Morrison will be able to do.
