I do that too, in restrooms, and sometimes think I'm being silly, but I haven't had so much as a head cold in several years, let alone anything more serious.
I do too, but I still seem to catch everything that comes along.
Same here. No colds or "flu" (it ain't flu!) in several years.........
I eat dirt and pick my nose a lot. It builds up antibodies for lots of stuff that way. Never get sick, ever.
I recommend it to everyone.
Me too. I also make a conscious, dedicated effort to never touch my face/eyes/mouth/ears when my hands are dirty or after I'm forced to touch a doorknob or any other surface of which I don't know the "sanitary history". My hands get dirty often in my work and I wash them 8-12 times per day.
My "hands off the face" policy has become unconscious now, since I've been doing it for a few years. Even if my hands are just-washed I still pause to make sure before rubbing my eyes, just out of habit.
I haven't been ill in any way, shape or form in several years either. It used to be an annual occurrence for me to have at least a couple days of lying on the couch and feeling rotten every winter, so I must be doing something right.
