You use Phenegran too? In a pinch 2 drammamine work ok-ish. Yep. My daughter couldn't keep a single sip of water or Sprite down for more than a minute before it would exit one way or the other and she was dehydrating quickly. We thought we were going to have to get her on an IV at the hospital, but the Phernegran kept her from barfing long enough to fall asleep and that seemed to let the Phenergran work even more to alleviate her symptoms further by the time she woke up.

I don't touch door handles in public places and I use a paper towel after washing to open the door to the restroom to exit. I wait for someone to come out or in the store front if the don't have automatic doors, and hold the door by the frame up high if necessary,........ Why do I feel like I'm hearing a description of an episode of Monk?

It's also a good idea to take the small bottles of antiseptic or some antibacterial wipes with you to do grocery cart handles, door knobs, etc.

Well, that explains my symptoms to a tee. And, I was in California when they started, too.

My wife says I'm obsessive compulsive. I do wish they'd put restroom trashcans closer to the door. (I like McDonald's because their restroom doors all open out from the inside. Doesn't make sense to require employees to wash their hands and then grab the door knob.)

...My wife says I'm obsessive compulsive. It's not obsessive compulsive to want to keep from alternately hugging and sitting on a toilet all night long. Next time she has the "stomach flu" you can say "I told you so."........

Last week I was at the bank and the teller looked a little under the weather. I made it through the whole transaction with my sleeve completely covering my hand.Always bring your own pen to the bank, doctor's office, etc. (Especially to the doctor's office. Sick people go there ya know.)

You're certainly going to have a sore nose after everyone has been picking it!

I woke up in the a.m. thinking I hadn't slept well but wasn't sure why. I had a project to get finished so I started right away, around 7:30 am. By 9:am I was making frequent visits to the bathroom. The worst was the body aches. I took Tylenol which did absolutely nothing for them. I was afraid to take Motrin because of stomach upset...
The worst was over in 24 hours, but I didn't feel really well for 3 to 4 days.
To: goodnesswins
As a former restaurant worker, I can just about guarantee you picked it up in the restaurant.
Hygiene even in the finest of dining establishments is only as good as the workers care to make it.
