All or nothing? We asked for a couple of things - cut spending and enforce the laws on immigration. Instead we had runaway spending and a Homeland Security chief who is so clueless that he is slapping passport requirements on citizens while admitting his department cannot keep track of visa holders who have left the country - and it was visa overstayers who were a large contingent of the 9-11 hijackers.

Perhaps if the GOP loyalists had done more to help hold the GOP accountable, swing voters might have been more inclinded to vote for the GOP. Instead, they properly caught the stench of political hypocrisy from the GOP like the aroma from a New Jersey swamp.

Yes, I've decided that the main difference between the "lesson teachers" and those who voted for the best available is never mind the glass being half empty or full, the LTs insist on a full glass or else so now we'll be lucky to even get a glass at all.

Another thing I still hear from the LTs in their litany of complaints is the pubs let us down on "immigration". Now, while I don't expect the msm to point this out, Rush and others repeatedly explained that it was the pubs in the house who kept us from getting a very bad immigration bill last session.

House pubs stood against Bush to do this and look at how they were rewarded.

It seems to me that if you are that uninformed about a major issue like immigration, you have no business teaching anyone a "lesson".

Thanks, LTs, now we have dims in charge of immigration, security, raising taxes, installing "moderate" judges. Is it just me or did GWB and pubs in congress do a pretty good job on the last 3?

What's so amazing to me is two months after the November election the '100% or stay home' klan are still spewing feeble excuses that should have been taken care of in the primaries....NOT THE NOVEMBER ELECTION.

Because of their tunnel vision and selfishness we are now all suffering and worse is yet to come.

Sadly, America may never be able to recover from the dive off the cliff they've forced on us.
