I like Boise State so much this year that if they had played OSU, I would have rooted for the Broncos and I bleed scarlet and gray.
My family visited BSU last summer. The team was coming off the bus from training somewhere. I approached the Coach Petersen and asked him if there were a way to let the kids see the "Smurf Turf" in the stadium. He took us thru the football office and told the kids to make themselves at home on the field. They ran around for about ten minutes and had a blast. Every coach and trainer we saw stopped and said hi to the kids like they were players.
We'll be BSU fans as long as Coach Petersen is there. Totally nice guy.
