Does a McCain-Lieberman ticket make sense?

Sure. Perfect ticket for the Democrats in 2008.

Yes, as independents, preferably for leaders of Elbonia.

It makes about as much sense as a Clinton Obama ticket. Sadly Joe Lieberman is the only one of the 3 I trust. (at least he's consistent)

Not gonna happen.

Not unless McCain jumps parties. Lieberman is a dyed-in-the-wood Dem.

yeah well, when the opposition is any combination of Hillary/Obama/Richardson/Edwards - what are you going to do?

"Does a McCain-Lieberman ticket make sense? "

It's a perfect ticket if you are Hillary and this is a third party.

That would be a Godsend. Hillary, can you hear me? Suicide is your best option.

No, it doesn't make any sense at all and for any number of reasons! McQueeg, for all of his faults I( and they are many ), isn't going to become a DEm, now go fringe party.

LIEberman will NEVER join the GOP and probably wouldn't accept a V.P. post.

This is just ridiculous conjecture.

Maybe, after taking enough LSD a lot of things make sense, ask Dr. Timothy Leary.

I heard today that Clinton bought the John Edwards domain name. If you click on Johnedwardsforpresident.whatever you get redirected to a Hillary Clintoon site.

(at least he's consistent)

So somebody can be consistently liberal, and therefore you'll trust him? I don't understand what you have against Hillary - she's as consistent (in her liberalism) as any Democrat.

It makes about as much sense as a Giuliani-Lieberman ticket for the GOP, or whatever that moron John Podhoretz was pushing in the New York Post after a few pulls on a bong last summer.

It doesn't make sense, but it wouldn't surprise me to see a push for something like that.
