(01-08) 09:54 PST MARTINEZ -- Convicted sexual predator Cary Verse should remain at a state hospital for violating the terms of his release by having a 14-year-old boy in his car and for trying to hide his associations with people with a criminal history, a Contra Costa County judge ruled today.
Verse, 36, bowed his head and covered his face with his hands after Superior Court Judge John Kennedy said the registered sex offender needs additional inpatient treatment at Atascadero State Hospital, from where he was conditionally released in February 2004.
A jury trial was scheduled for April 30 to determine if Verse can be released outright.

He violated his conditions of release and is where he should be. No pity here... I hope he stays in the system for a long time.
just wait though there will be a few people who show up decrying this guy's rights to serving a sentence and being done with it.
Yeah judge- his previous 'good works' undo the fact that he's scarred people for life-
Soft judges make hardened criminals.
Where the hell is the a.c.l.u. when a pervert need em?
The treatment of a .357 does of lead to the skull would work quite well.
That wasn't exactly what or where I had in mind, but it works for me.
does=dose(typos), but it works for me too.

A democrat without a doubt. The public scruitiny must kill this "judge," who is forced to reintitutionalize this monster.
He needs "additional treatment" here in Texas...
