We were thinking the same thing! I was even shocked to see how close that one man got to the truck when he was taking pictures of it. You'd think they'd use a good digital zoom camera. And then that other man actually climbed up on the step to the cab and was poking his head inside.

Well... the tanker truck was there to deliver fuel to a cruise ship. That's not particularly suspicious.
