How telling that the Catholic Church would have anything to do with Bella who assaults the Church's teachings at every turn.

It aint like the Old Days whe being Excommunicated meant something. The Catholic Church in the USA{ Of which I used to be a member} has gone so far to the left on a lot of things.
Like other people have commented, look at the people who call themselves Catholic. Kennedy, Kerry, Pelosi, etc etc.
The RC church has to go back to the roots that made it a great religion, like the GOP has to go back to do the same. Both groups have lost their way.

Pelosi joins Kerry, Kennedy, and many other FORMER Catholics who dishonor the Catholic faith. It is time the conference of Bishops stood up and defended the faith. I wonder where they are because people like this are some of the most anti-Catholic people in the Congress.

Amazing how the media thought it was dangerous for Republicans to be religious people, yet here they are, celebrating the fact that Ms. Pelosi is Catholic. I guess it's because she's the only kind of Catholic they like; one that rejects a large part of the teachings of the Church, and is VERY public about it.
It's absurb that these do these little publicity stunts; but they do and it cost a lot of money to honor oneself.
