What I'd love to see is for Bloomberg and his criminal minions to be the targets of a RICO prosecution for this. Every act in the process is criminal and then they use the threat of lawsuits in an effort to effectively overturn the laws of other jurisdictions. Of course, it won't happen because these people have two sets of protection which place them "above the law" - wealth and political connections.

For what it's worth, I share your desire. But what was that old saying? "It would be easier to pass a camel through the eye of a needle..."
I get the distinct impression that, except for the lowly CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES, no one gives a damn about this happening. Have you ever heard any "expressions of concern" from any officials in the AG's office (or anyone else in the Bush Administration)?

I don't know if that would happen. You don't hear from the Dems about it because 1) he is really a Dem & 2) he is doing something they approve of. You don't hear from Repubs because he is a "Repub", so they aren't about to go after him. The only thing that we can hope for is 1) the ATF gets territorial and slaps him down or 2) there is a trial of one or more stores and he gets slapped down there.
