It's January and somebody at GS who got a $50 million Christmas bonus told us oil would be over $100 a barrel now.
This specter of corruption, jihadism, armed strife, and infrastructure deterioration in Africa, the Middle East, Mexico and Venezuela should be a clarion call to all the obstructionists and environmentalists, Republican and Democrat, who insist on barring development of our own energy resources. However, I suspect that it would take a national emergency to get them to change their minds.
