I am not saying Ms. Barnhart was lying

No you didn't say that. I apologize for indicating that she might have.

I never believe anything the media puts out anymore and prefer to do my own research. I don't believe the government does many things well.

We the people elect our Representatives. Congress has voted for this Totalization agreement every time it has come before them. For some here to say this president has done this for Mexico all by himself is not true.

Joining the Pelosi's in calling for his impeachment is over the top.

I'll do my digging and make up my own mind whether I think it's a good fair policy or not. At this point I don't know enough about the issue to make a decision.

Actually, Congress has never voted on a totalization agreement. The agreement is placed before congress by the president and congress has 60 working days to disagree. If no disagreement, it passes automatically. Why, I don't know. To my knowledge all previous agreements have passed without a hitch as they were all industrialized, economically safe and countries with a ss system much like that of the USA.

One of the p roblems that the GAO pointed out in another report was that the other countries were adding dependents after they made the first claim. We have no way of checking this in other countries and knowing the true count.
