This is the entire engine behind liberalism. It is also the only method hucksters need employ to get people to part with their money.

It's the same as the wind-chill temperatures we now hear. It's "X" degrees outside with a wind speed of "Y" that means it feels like "Z". Some people just use the wind-chill number as the actual temperature, drives me nuts.
