Cops seek three men in Williams case

Denver police began searching Thursday for three men who may have key information about the slaying of Denver Broncos player Darrent Williams, a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation said. Police did not release the identities of the men, and the three have not been labeled suspects. The three are suspected gang members, the source said.
Early Thursday, police located the white 1998 Chevy Tahoe that was being sought in connection with the Williams shooting.
It was found near 40th Avenue and Himalaya Road in the Green Valley Ranch subdivision after police received a 911 call from an anonymous passer-by

sometimes reading the article is helpful....
Much of the SUV had been spray-painted black, with only the roof left the original color. The rear license plate also had been spray-painted, but the front plate was unblemished.

Golly gee whiz, a gang member is 'likely' involved, I'm shocked (really).
In other Denver news, I see the Metro area will be getting another 4 - 8 inches of 'Global Warming' and the cost for removing the previous 'Global Warming' that hit Denver is $9.6 million. (dam you Al Gore! /s)

When reading background articles on this crime, it's sadly not surprising to find that the club scene that Williams was leaving had a mix of high profile sports stars, hip hop personalities, and gang members. (quotes from a club bouncer)
Not a healthy environment to choose.
Also sad that this toxic mix is the new life model for a large portion of our youth.

The plates were left on the car and it looks like they were using spray cans of paint. Then they dumped it in front of someone's house in a residential neighborhood. Full panic mode, apparently. I'd say this is more proof that most criminals are really dumb.
They should be in a panic. I'd say the only crime that might be pursued here with more vigor than killing a cop would be killing a Denver Bronco.
