Of course it will! And how many terrorists are in Iraq thinking the same thing! Our soldiers get in a firefight with terrorists hiding behind women and children who may be shot in the crossfire, you can bet the terrorists and their sympathizers will stage another Haditha. The terrorists are banking on it and the stupid MSM and liberals will help them. Disgusting!! As it is, our troops' hands are tied due to the current ROE and then if they defend themselves they may face prosecution. This is horrible! I can't see sending more troops to Iraq to have to put up with this kind of crap!
