Illegal aliens use phony or stolen SS Numbers, if they pay SS at all.

How does the Social Security Administration know who these lucky recipients are or even if they qualify for the payments?

Does the SSA simply take the Word of these thieves and lawbreakers? Isn't there some provision in the law preventing fraudulent payments where fraud is involved?

Oh, wait a minute. We already hand them free welfare, education and medical services. We may as well give them free retirement as well. Never mind.

I posed a similar query in an earlier thread on this issue.

I suppose the SS will just trust them to sign an affidavit stating they have worked the required time.

It would be easier just to annex Mexico; this adoption of Mexicans is getting expensive for American taxpayers.
