Foreign countries, especially nations in the Asia-Pacific region, have intensified their efforts to steal sensitive U.S. defense technology, according to a Pentagon report circulated on Jan. 3.
The Defense Security Service Counterintelligence Office recorded an annual jump of nearly 43 percent in the number of suspicious foreign contacts reported to U.S. authorities by defense contractors and other defense-related sources.

Clinton taught them a lesson: Why develop your own weapons systems when you can just steal them from the Americans?

That is......if she doesn't get blackmailed for those secrets. I can only imagine how much dirt foreign entities have dug up on the Clintons.
Don't kid yourself, clinton did not give them away for free. Why do you think Charlie Trie was showing up with grocery bags of money and John Huang was able to funnel enough cash to him to buy his way into the White House?
