I don't know what disgusts me more, Berger/Clinton's corruption or the Bush Justice department's corruption. A fine and suspension of security clearance for three years for stealing and destroying classified documents?? It makes me want to throw up, because you or I would be looking at concrete block and steel bars for years.

The sensitive drafts of the National Security Council's "Millennium After Action Review" on the Clinton administration's handling of the al-Qaida terror threats in December 1999 It must have been a doozey.

Berger said he intended to "determine if Executive Privilege needed to be exerted prior to documents being provided to the 9/11 Commission."
I guess to the Clintons, "executive privilege" means the privilege to hide incriminating documents in the First Lady's closet or simply have their former National Security Advisor destroy them.

How is a sincere criminal, trying hard, going to get ahead in his profession if his victim fails to cooperate?
Almost all crime depends on the cooperation of the victim.
If the victim refuses his assigned role, the criminal is placed at a disadvantage, one so severe that it usually takes an understanding and compassionate judge to set right.

The ONLY reason they would do this is because it was incriminating and would have hurt her chances.
