Too bad there isnt any quotes by Jefferson about Islam, because Im sure he would have said that its a bunch of BS.
You'd probably be surprised about some of the Founders' relatively tolerant views about Muslims (although not necessarily Islam itself) in the 1780s. See:

Mahometan is another word for Muslim.
