How did the eskimos ever manage to reproduce for ages then?

The skin of marine mammals, particularly whales, is a significant source of Vitamin C...which isn't found in either filet mignon or lobster, to my knowledge. The Inuit get their vitamin C from whale skin.

Relax. There are worse ways to go.

Ok.

Fascinating thing about this site how you always seem to find a competent answer to any question or request you address your fellow FReepers with!

I've never tried whale meat, despite the fact I've lived just some few miles from Norway (which is a great producer of that delicacy) for 37 years.

This foodie shortcoming of mine is ridiculous as you easily could take a day trip by car, train or bus to this particular neighbor country of Sweden. Naturally, there are several other interesting things about Norway than food.

Well, someday..
