Yeah, good ole Thick-as-brick Babs. Unfortunately, it does not speak well of my home state that its electorate reflexively keeps returning this boob to office. But, I guess I gave up on California a long time ago, and have come to realize that that Babs, Arnold, and Dianne are symptoms of a chronic decline that will continue when the place is again part of Mexico.

Imagine if all the illegal aliens in Texas ran to the UN claiming that GWB and the US Army were committing genocide on their people. Then imagine that the UN and NATO began bombing Washington DC until GWB withdrew all Federal Troops from Texas, and a UN provisional govt was set up to govern Texas. Then imagine that no evidence was found that a genocide of illegal aliens was being committed. Then the UN provisional govt still drives full speed ahead at turning over the state of Texas (clearly a part of the USA) to the illegal aliens while said illegal aliens are attacking Texas/US citizens right under the noses of UN/NATO forces. Well that my FRiends is what is happening in Kosovo.

Pretty good analogy. Problem is, a lot of Democrats would probably have no problem with your imagined scenario.
