This is such a strange case.
Charged in 2003 with bomb making materials, yet charges were dropped.
Now being held on $1 Million bail...but only charged with failure to properly store chemicals.
Oh, and don't worry....the DETONATOR CORD that was found in the condo wasn't his, it was his father's!!!
