This is great, Pookie! So far I'm not seeing a lot of duplication from the entries, except for the NYT front page exposing all WWII intelligence. I haven't been a regular reader, so the entire collection made me LMAO, since I was seeing most of them for the first time.

This was hard! My first list was more than 80 that made me LOL! I had to develop selection criteria, and finally decided on Originality, Political Topicality to Issues of 2006, and Best of Duplicated Topics.

My favorites were:
71: the Pulitzer Prize checklist on a FReeper's sign at the White House Correspondents' dinner;
142: the DU contributor pwned by someone who signed on as Osama bin Laden, and
150: our wonderful troops with the "Halp Us Jon Carry" sign.

Those three were tops for Originality. They are included below in my whittled-down list of thirty:
