True, but there may well be a timetable there too. The President signs on January 20th, 2009. And then Congress votes in favor in a midnight vote before Christmas 2009.

I bet they won't unless the American people mobilize a couple a million votes against it!

With democrat control, don't hold your breath. It has to be done within 60 days, so even if we have a strong showing and restore republican control, I don't know if they can reverse it. This sucks.
