King Solomon under the inspiration of God's Holy Spirit

I suppose that's one possible source of his inspiration, but given the historical record, you might want to consider the possibility of a different source.

Are you saying Proverbs was written/inspired by Satan? That's kind of an odd thing to imply.

Regardless of the person used by God to write a particular book, we know that "all Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (2 Tim. 3:16). King Solomon may have been a great sinner, but the book of Proverbs is definitely God-inspired.
