I know you know the answer to that, but because Somalia is a complete sh*t hole, thanks to it being populated with muslims who have a stone age culture, just like they do, AND because they'd have a hard time getting back to the U.S. thanks to them being flagged as visa overstays.

Translation - we should just send the jihadists billions in foreign aid with no oversight, no questions asked, and no complaints when we notice that instead of building hospitals and schools, they're buying guns and bombs, running terrorist training camps and sending fighters and aid to terror groups in places all over the world, including Iraq.
