Given your last media nugget, I suppose Russert has on Woodward to tell us all how evil Saddam thought Dubya was to invade his poor little country based on a lie.
No kidding, Woodward loves to "quote" dead men, since the can't refute what he has them say.
OK...I will switch over and see what Lugar has to say. I bet I will get aggravated within the firts 5 minutes.
Believe me, if there were a way to send you the desired cold front from Denver, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
Body was flown by US to the village where he was born.
Happy New Year, Alas Babylon!
Wow, moonbat city already on MTP>
Lugar says Maliki is under great pressure from the militias, and that we need to not give him arbotrary deadlines.
Diplomacy is important.
Oh, good grief. Timmy is using Ford's death to relive Watergate.
Lugar says we need to think about stability in the region. Lugar says he doesn't know whether he supports a surge in troops or not. Says asministration needs to take Congress seriously, and lately they have not. (Miss Marple agrees with the President...I don't take them seriously, either.)
Wanna bet Tim doesn't use Brokaw's statement about Nixon, "in the bunker" to equate with President Bush at this time?
Odds are he will tie it in.
Talks about enlisting Congress help before proceeding.
Lugar is living in lalaland. Like there won't be hearings anyway.
The reliving of Watergate is becoming orgiastic. Timmy is so excited he can hardly contain himself. This is really hard to watch.
I am seriously aggravated with Lugar, who seems not to know the rules of engagement, who the enemy is, etc. Says he hasn't been "informed."
Lugar should shut up and support the President. What party are they both in?
There is nothing unsound in the request that the President has asked for, since it comes from the Generals in the field. Lugar is not in a position to question their judgement on the matter. Those that are are simply playing politics with the issue.
"Dick, the dems don't need any help attacking the administration. Your 'attempts' to sound fair have made you a laughingstock."
I can't stand Lugar .. he gets on my every last nerve
Fools' names like fools' faces...
Thanks anita!
Well... well... well...
If ABC.com is going to have Hugh Hewitt, I'll watch or read it. The other people could very well increase ratings for the programs they are on. Hewitt wrote about this a bit ago, IIRC.
Says he hasn't been "informed."

His staff must be on vacation.
What a totally stupid thing to say on camera. Perhaps this is an example of why Chuckie, Dick, Harry and Nancy are so giddy. They know how clueless our Republicans on the Capitol really are, and they are anticipating a free ride for the next two years to do whatever they will.
