I remember the photo and it looked like a lazy faker went to the Army Surplus store and tricked himself out with no effort to look real. Honestly I think this one is so stupid he could not have faked a proper uniform if he tried.
The first one, felony violation of a no contact order (domestic violence stuff) can lock him in prison for 5 years in this state. It means he committed a felony while violating the no contact order.
An example of this would be, "breaking into her house and assaulting her. = burglary (felony) and violating the no contact order and then assaulting her.
Even smashing her window and taking something out of her house by reaching through the window would be a burglary while violating the order and could lock him up for 5 years.
He is a piece of crap by looking at his arrest/charges record there. And that's just what he was booked for, not all he's done or all he's ever been charged with. This crap has all caught up to him now.

Even the insignia on MacBeth’s beret (featured in the video) is the wrong color. And he is wearing it with the emblem over his right eye, instead of his left:
The photo on the right is of an actual member of the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.
In the google cache of images of Jessie Macbeth there is a psychedelic tinted version that is the clearest still photo I have see. For some reaso the image has been pulled all over.

The guy claims to have been an E-5 and has 3 MSMs, an ARCOM, an couple AAMs...in less than 8 years. No frickin way!

Who were some of the other frauds? Geoff Millard has some over rated items on his rsume that IVAW dumped quickly.
The VVAW and IVAW seem to be rife with frauds.
Kerry and the VVAW had Al Hubbard, of course. Who was actually the head of the thing. And there have been many others.
