This must have been some bomb. It took out five floors of the parking garage.
Personally, I think ETA and the Islamist terrorists are connected, because the goal of both is the destruction of Spain. ETA and the Islamists have a close and mutually supportive relationship, probably dating back to the time ETA and the IRA were busy training Palestinian terrorists.
