Cordoba, 28 Dec. (AKI) - The Bishop of the southern city of Cordoba, Juan Jose Asenjo, has turned down a request from its Muslim community to be allowed to pray with Christians in its cathedral
So fly your flag on your homepage!
[Your butthead southern neighbor checking in]
Not if it's ETA....That's a Basque group.
"i just watched it.."
So myddf, do you still have that sense of foreboding, or are you in the morning afterboding stage?

Terminal 4 is the Iberia terminal. There are probably a lot of Spaniards who'd like to bomb it! (One of the worst, most customer-unfriendly airlines in the world.)
But seriously, the timing of this is a little odd. Zapatero has practically announced that he is "negotiating" with ETA to give away Pais Vasco, and it's hard to see how they'd benefit from this.
I don't know livius, but I can look at the middle east and see how short-lived the "peace agreements" are ("Palestine" vs Israel). Maybe it's a similar situation here in Spain.

One person missing. The parking building is still burning.
Was Al Gore in town?
A dangerous source of Methane gas, Gore has been known to be somewhat "explosive" when holding back what he and Tipper call a "Global Warmer".
:~)
The last Iberia flight I was on I was seated in first class - sullen flight attendents, really, really bad service, lousy food.
My wife had to fly in tourist class ;) and it was the worst experience flying she's ever had to endure. My experience was on Aerolineas Argentinas is a close second. I literally kissed the tarmac when I got off the plane - it was scarey.
Too bad he can't quit from Iraq to stop the bombings. He already used that one.
The first couple of times I flew Iberia, I thought I was receiving awful service because I was a foreigner. Then a Spanish friend told me that they treat Spaniards even worse, and it is true that everybody in Spain hates the line. "Sullen" barely begins to describe their flight attendants...
I was in T4 a couple of weeks ago, having made the mistake of getting a ticket on Iberia for a short hop to BCN. The lines were incredibly long, the check-in machines were broken, and there was no staff - and they closed the flight 45 minutes ahead of departure, with the result that I missed the flight. They wouldn't give me my money back, even though it was their fault for not providing enough facilities (I was there in plenty of time). I think the flight must have gone empty, because I was one of a whole crowd that missed it. Another experience to remind me why I never fly Iberia, and why I should not be lured into attempting it again. You can find good last-minute fares, but that doesn't help if you can't even get on the flight.
So the man is not a car bomber -- but an innocent victim?
I notice ZP is maintaining a very low profile on this whole thing.
It is a man the came with his girlfriend. She went into the terminal to meet some family members that arrived. He, tired, waited in the car. They are not related to the bomb, planted by ETA in a van.
