Real, or terrorist propaganda? I say this one's propaganda.

CNN has been dying to move their ticker up to 3000 U.S. deaths so they can stop talking about Saddam.

Since it's from Reuters, that's strike one.
If AP picks it up that's strike two.
If a Capt. Hussain if the Iraqi Police is the source, it's strike three.

And so it begins.... It hadn't really ended.
Not yet, anyway.

Oh I know, but I expect a bumpy couple of weeks, but hopefully it will die down significantly after that.

Oh I know, but I expect a bumpy couple of weeks, but hopefully it will die down significantly after that. I hope it dies down soon. We've had a pretty sustained period of a ramp-up. It's been crazier than usual since early November.
Once Maliki gets it into his head that his Iranian buddies (Shiite militias) need to be dealt with severely, I expect things will improve drastically.

Was that video of the car bombing aftermath that I just saw CNN or was it old footage?
