"He said he didn't like Americans," said Johansson. I would have told him: "Fine, since I don't have strep, can I cough in your face?"
Some people just need a whuppin'.

Good one Eurotwit
The "No English" bit? Well hey, it was Sweden but no need to be rude about it.
The rest of it? Pure gold. Notice the Pally connection? Wonder if he was a member of TROP?

Excuse me, but I don't think I'd want to be treated by a Palestinian doctor, especially if he's honoring the intifada.

He also disliked hearing English spoken in his treatment room and soon walked out. They should get a bunch of people together who speak Hebrew in his office. I bet that would make his day.

According to Mark Steyn (and others), old Europe is dying. I'm wondering whether this is a bad thing.

According to Johansson, the doctor was a Palestinian who objected to American foreign policy in the Middle East. Why am I not surprised????? The Swedes have let these people in and will have to deal with them. Wonder if they're having rape problems as Norway reported a couple of weeks ago.

AArrghhhh!!!! I am presuming that the doctor in the story is Moslem. I realize that there are a fair number of Palestinians who are Christian, too. Having said that...
The story is presented as if this is a Swedish problem with Americans. Once I started reading it, though, this is an Arab problem. Perhaps it is also an Islamic problem.
I hate the way the media downplays or ignores the obvious bigotry and xenophobia of the Arab and/or Islamic world. If an American doctor did this to a Palestinian, the headlines would scream about the "hatred" against the Palestinian who obviously could have died and was sick with a near-fatal disease. This situation? The American is "turned away."
Thanks for the rant this morning.

Everyone that is American for miles around that office should make appointments, go and be refused, just to take up time and space....and his money.
