Thanks. I'm not in the US and the Zicam swabs aren't sold here. A FRiend is shipping me some for the next cold. I might be able to get cranberry juice but I doubt it. I began developing this last Thursday and really got sick the day after Christmas. Hot tea is here and I've been also drinking passion fruit juice and using a saline nasal spray (homemade). I am better. It is just a matter of waiting.
