I'm just guessing dawn. They might decide to hang him at High Noon.....LOL
We'll be looking for something under $5,000! I'm sure the idea of her going to "real school" was the deciding factor for my mom.
Old..The day the troops rolled into that area of Baghdad..but it was quickly deemed too insensitive.
Now it makes sense why President Bush wanted more time to consider the new Iraq strategy. The execution may have a major impact on the appropriate course of action.
Perhaps I have missed a joke or something. But the picture is of Teddy Roosevelt, not King Abdullah II. Check out the clothing. The collars are not current fashion but the fashion around 1900.
I apologise if I didn't catch on and y'all knew it all the time. I am a bit dense about these things.
Duh...
I'm not thinking, or paying attention. I should have recognized it.
LOL, you've certainly done your homework! ;)
I'd rather see his head *roll* in true Muslim fashion.
Nah, we're just all giddy with the excitement of the day!
I'm not too late am I?
Sure would hate to have to eat all these ordervies myself.
Too bad it's not live, but then it will be all over UTube
before a day has past.
So long Saddam, So long Saddam,
So long Saddam........JERK!
This is one time that bringing "Closure" will actually
mean something to all those Iraqis.
Probably some stepped up violence, but the heart will have
gone out of the remnants of his regime.
Tet.
Thanks for the info. I did not remember seeing any posts from him. Guess he does not post on the dose! I still would like to know why someone comes to a thread that they know will bother them. If I read a post that I do not like or am not interested in, I just go on my merry little way.
I can't speak to the responses re:Matthew Shepard's murder because I wasn't involved with FR. However, I have seen the fairness of the Moderator, and can only conclude that your were extremely out of line so as to be banished.
Do you find it horrific that Saddam committed the henious acts that he did? Are you in favor of justice for his victims? Well, that is what he is going to get. And the majority of Iraqis will rejoice as they did when they were liberated. If you find our jubilation over the eradication of evil so offensive, perhaps you would be better served on Daily Kos or MoveOn.org's sites. As for me, I'm popping the champaign.
President Bush pauses during a statement about a meeting with his national security team Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006 in Crawford, Texas. At left is Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Bush said he has moved one step closer to devising a new Iraq strategy but will seek more advice before settling on a final plan. "We're making good progress," Bush said (AP Photo/Evan Vucci)
May God bless this good man and keep him safe.
Could someone just give us an idea about what the hey is going on please?
With a long pole.
Thanks! I was using 6:00AM as "dawn."
I guess we're officially on "Death Watch."
I posted a link to a middle Eastern newspaper site and others posted who it was. It had nothing to do with what you posted. Go back to my original post if you can find the number.
I've noticed that happens to all presidents. It's a rather stressful job, to say the least!
