My attorney would like to change his arguement to "under God" should be included...
Well, Sanford certainly is "Under God" now.
Did you see this one?
What do you know about Paul Sanford? You may not like his politics or the type of law cases he chose to take but:
Do you know that he majored in government in college, had a master's degree in political science and a law degree, passed the California Bar on his first try, was a constitutional law scholar with published articles on this subject and taught constitutional law at the Monterey College of Law?
Do you know that he has almost surely done more pro bono work for the poor and the homeless than any other lawyer in Santa Cruz County and that he was an intelligent, compassionate man who was often referred to as "the Do Good lawyer of Santa Cruz County?"
Do you know that there was (and may still be his behalf) a law case pending on the contract and credentials issue between him and local radio station KMOY and that he did not speak ill personally of the Swerling family who own the radio station involved in this case?
Do you know that he has a grieving wife, an elderly mother, a daughter who just turned 6 and a 10 year old son (who idolized his dad, knows how to use the computer, and is planning to write a story about his dad.)
And do you care???????
You signed up today to defend him? Not bad, not bad at all. Welcome to FR.
I find it interesting that a "constitutional attorney" would scheme to get himself into the White House Press Corps as a "credentialed" reporter...in order to ask a question of Scott McClellan designed to make the GOP look bad in the Democratic-Party-manufactured setup regarding Joe Wilson's (now a proven liar) near-coup.
"Now he's a good lawyer."
One down, so many to go....
Newdow should have been holding his hand.
Jon Parnell Walker: An investigator for the RTC who was looking into the linkage between the Whitewater and Madison S&L bankruptcy. Walker "fell" from the top of the Lincoln Towers Building.
That he was leftist trash.

Whoopdefriggingdo.

Thank Heaven the world is now lighter one "Do Good" leftist lawyer.

Not anymore.
he did not speak ill personally of the Swerling family who own the radio station involved in this case?
Well, he managed to keep his mouth shut for once in his miserable life. Suprising.
and a 10 year old son (who idolized his dad, knows how to use the computer, and is planning to write a story about his dad.)
So the kid has a real live happy ending to his little story. Lucky him.
And do you care???????
Nope.

This guy has a pattern of deranged behavior. I think this was the act of a sick individual.
Great guy! He helped the homeless then f***** his children & wife by committing suicide. Plus he helped that moonbat atheist Newdow
On the forth floor, someone heard him say "So far, so good" on his way by.
>>Couldn't he at least land away from the ventilation intake?<<
He was an atorney. I am thinking he was aiming for it.
