If gambling winnings are "tax free", how can the feds claim that gambling-with-a-system winnings are taxable?

At least the Canadian government was just trying to steal some of their money. In the US, EX-congressman Leach would probably prefer to stuff them into a prison cell AND steal all of their money.

I'm sure their tax code doesn't say "Gambling winnings are tax free unless you're good at it.", which is what the US code effectively says (losses are deductible as long as they're LESS than winnings).
