That line was used by almost every major STAR WARS character: Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Padme, Han Solo, Leia, Luke Skywalker, and possibly, Lando. Major characters who didn't use it were Sidious/Palpatine, the Grand Moff Tarkin, Darth Vader, Yoda, Mace Windu, Darth Maul, Count Dooku, and C3PO. Characters who may have used, but we can't be sure are Chewie and R2-D2

I believe you are thinking of a more popular line: I have a bad feeling about this. I never remember Padme or Kenobi saying, "It's not my fault."
